Microsoft’s multi-agent conversation framework. AutoGen pioneered the GroupChat pattern where agents collaborate through managed conversation turns with speaker selection policies.

Note: AutoGen is in maintenance mode and has been superseded by Microsoft Agent Framework. These artifacts are preserved for historical reference and for understanding the GroupChat coordination pattern that influenced later frameworks. See the migration guide.
